You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving them.
How to start a return
Email us from the address on your order confirmation. Include your order number and which items you want to send back.
We will reply with a returns address. Do not post anything until you have that address — we do not print it on the website.
Then send the goods back within 14 days of that message. Keep them unused and in a condition you would reasonably expect in a shop, with the original packaging where you can. Put the order number in the parcel.
Refunds
We refund the item price and standard UK delivery. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty or not as described. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return (or proof of posting).
Faulty items
If something is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have extra rights under the Consumer Rights Act. In those cases we cover reasonable return postage.
