Heath & Lead is a trading name of Code Garden Services Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 14463471. Registered office: Suite Ra01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, England, E17 3NU.
Orders
When you place an order you are offering to buy the goods. The contract is made when we email to confirm we have accepted it, usually after payment goes through. We may cancel if we cannot deliver, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud.
Prices and delivery
Prices are in pounds sterling. We deliver in the UK only. UK delivery is free on orders over £45. A UK delivery charge is shown at checkout for smaller orders.
Delivery times
UK orders are sent for 3–7 working day delivery. See our Delivery page. If we cannot meet that, you can cancel for a refund.
Returns
You can return unused items within 14 days. See our Returns page. This is on top of your rights if something is faulty.
Payment
Pay at checkout using the methods shown there. Do not send card details by email.
