How long it takes
Orders are sent for 3–7 working day UK delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays. The window starts once payment is accepted.
Cost
UK delivery is free on orders of £45 or more. Under £45, the charge is shown at checkout.
Tracking
If we have a tracking number, it will be on your order and in the dispatch email.
Delays
If we cannot deliver within 7 working days, you can cancel for a refund. Weather, a wrong address, or a missed courier attempt can add time — get in touch if something looks wrong.
